Howard Frampton provides excellent service and always approaches each group client with a focus on serving the needs of the client first. By utilizing his experience in all aspects or employee benefits he can tailor a program to meet the needs of each individual client.
Howard brings 30+ years of industry experience to his clients. Prior to the joining Marreel Slater Insurance, Howard was the Director of Operations with a national insurance brokerage firm – Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO). In this role he supervised client managers and account managers in their group insurance department. He specializes in the development of systems and client relation retention programs.
Additionally, he has significant experience on the self-funding side having spent 22 years working with a managing general agency that specialized in that market space. He worked with brokers and agencies in the AZ and NM market space to educate and implement policies for all size employers.
Howard and his family reside in central Phoenix and have spent their free time working closely with their church and community. He is married to his wife Kelly, and they have two children, Thomas and Daniel.
